November 2004 - Lead Auditor completes A2LA's  ISO 17025 Laboratory Lead Auditor Training program.

January 2004 - Two new Lead Auditors have been added to IQR's Staff providing ISO 9001:2000 and AS9100 Pre-Assessment, Registration and Training Services locally for the states of Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia and North Carolina.

January 2004 - All Lead Auditors/Auditors completed IQR's new business process procedures training.

January 2004 - IQR implements new "Registration Services Management Plus^TM" software.  This software provides an efficient means for planning and managing our day-to-day business operations.  The software includes Auditor Qualification, QMS Registration Services (i.e. quotations, auditor assignments and scheduling, NC processing and timely auditor report distribution), Training Services and Accounting.

December 2003 - AS 9100 Lead Auditors (Qty 3) completed training and passed qualification requirements.

November 2003 - IQR Lead Auditor now located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida providing ISO 9001:2000 and AS 9100 Pre-Assessment, Registration and Training Services locally for Florida.

September 2003 - TL 9000 Lead Auditors (Qty 2) completed training and passed qualification requirements.

March 2003 - All Lead Auditors/Auditors have completed ISO 9001:2000 QMS Lead Auditor Training and were accepted by the IRCA or RAB.
