All IQR clients are authorized to use IQR’s “Quality System Registration” seal along with issued Certification Number and Accreditation Body on the client’s website, brochure, letter head or other means as long as it is not attached in any manner to physical product, product packaging or in a way that may perceived the IQR logo is being used to conduct Product Certification which is not in the scope of your QMS Registration. When placing the IQR and Accreditation Body Quality System Registration logo on your site, you must include the Certification Number with both IQR and Accreditation Body seals, or a scanned copy of the IQR issued QMS Registration Certificate. In addition, your brochure(s), website or other marketing/communication information shall not cover items (i.e. products, services/products, additional facility site locations, etc.) not included on the IQR QMS/EMS Registration Certification issued to your company. It shall be clear to all who read documentation/electronic data provided or communicated by your company what the intent and scope of the IQR registration logo implies and nothing more.
